I have been very impressed with GSR from initial contact through to final installation. Matt visited my home at the outset to discuss the project with me personally. Setting up a chat group enabled easy communication between Cameron, myself and third party contractors, as a result everything went smoothly and according to plan. The final installation was undertaken efficiently and on schedule by Ben and his team. I am absolutely delighted with the final result – I no longer have any excuses if my handicap doesn’t reduce significantly !

We have had a phenomenal experience with GSR. From the very first call with Ben P scoping out a pipe dream to our in-house installation we have been thoroughly impressed. Ben ensured we had the set-up that met our needs (where he could have needlessly upsold to what i thought we needed). This built trust immediately and ever since the whole GSR team have supported the project brilliantly. We now have a space that is perfect for our teenage golfer and already inspiring his 5 year old sister. Just seeing the look on friends and family faces when they see the space tells us we made the right choice. Don’t go anywhere else for a sim room!

It is clear they really care about delivering a premium product and a first rate customer experience. In collaboration with LogCabinsForSaleUK they dealt effortlessly with my endless questions, changes to spec and complications with planning and the local wildlife. They are very good at what they do and the end result is everything I could have hoped for. They only use high quality components so you end up with a very professional installation customised however you want.
