How was your experience engaging with GSR during the enquiry stage?
Dead easy, really straightforward. I filled in the form on the website, had a quick call, joined a WhatsApp group and did a site visit. Really, really smooth from start to finish.
How was your experience of working with the installation team?
Those guys were awesome — really, really good. I still tell everyone who’ll listen, it’s a no-brainer. They turned up first thing and got straight to work. I couldn’t fault any of them. No issues whatsoever — it went up quickly, communication was perfect, and everything was seamless.
The first fix took three days in week one, then another three days in week two to get it all fitted and finished. Ordering was easy, and I got a heads-up when delivery was on its way. Not a single thing went wrong. (I made sure to keep them well stocked with tea!)
How has your relationship with GSR been since the project was completed?
Really good. In the first couple of weeks I had quite a few questions — how do I do this, how do I do that — and I was messaging Chris on WhatsApp. He’d video call me back and walk me through everything. It was just me getting to grips with how I wanted to use it.
Since then, I’ve sent a few clients his way as recommendations, so the relationship has continued. I feel like part of the team — like they’re mates. I’m more than happy to refer friends, and I wouldn’t do that if I wasn’t so happy with the service.
